Rivercrest students are provided with a distinctive opportunity; learning to work with, care for and ride horses at CREST’s very own Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre adjoining the College.
Students from Year 6 can choose this popular timetabled elective and enjoy the challenges of learning about all things equine, from the raw beginner through to the serious interschool competitor.
Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre includes amazing facilities including: a 2,600 m2 Covered Sand Arena with an adjoining warm-up arena, two additional sand arenas, a 10 acre Grass Polo field suitable for show jumping, dressage, and mounted games, 10 stables, wash bays and 10 undercover yards, along with classrooms and a comprehensive administration block.
