Christian Initial Teacher Education (CITE) Alliance Victoria
Both our CREST Colleges have joined with 4 other Christian schools (Donvale, Chairo, Flinders and Waverly Christian Colleges) in partnering with Eastern College in a unique and innovative Initial Teacher Education opportunity to develop quality Christian teachers.
This holistic and tailored approach to teacher formation will prepare ITE students to be ready for a strong and successful career in Christian schools. Pre-service teachers will be connected with expert Christian educators at Eastern as well as within Christian schools and will be paid to work at one of the 5 schools while they study.
